Frequently asked
I turned it on but nothing gets tapped
Check that the accessibility service is still enabled: Android Settings → Accessibility → Pixel Auto Clicker. Android switches accessibility services off after some system or app updates, and the clicker has no way to tap until it is back on. If it is on and taps still do not land, make sure the zones are where you think — the Test screen counts taps so you can check your aim before a real run.
It stops on its own after a while, or when the screen goes off
That is Android saving battery. Grant the optional battery-optimization exemption when the app offers it, which is what keeps a long or scheduled run alive in the background. Some manufacturers — Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo and others — are more aggressive than stock Android and also need the app allowed in their own auto-start or protected-apps list.
Can the app read what is on my screen?
No, and not as a matter of policy: the accessibility service is declared with canRetrieveWindowContent="false", so Android never grants it the ability to read window content in the first place. It can generate taps and nothing else. The privacy policy goes through this in detail.
My zones disappear when I close the app
In the free version zones are marked for the session and not saved — the Areas screen is visible, but saving a named set is a Pro feature. With Pro you save several named sets and load whichever one you need.
I can only create one schedule
The free version includes one group with a single time, either hourly or at a fixed time of day; you choose which. Pro removes the limit on groups and times, and lets you enable or disable them individually or by whole group without deleting anything.
I bought Pro and changed phone — how do I get it back?
Install the app and open it while signed in to the same Google account you bought with. The app asks Google Play on startup and restores the purchase by itself; there is no button to press. If it does not, check that Play is signed in to the right account and reopen the app.
Will using it get my game account in trouble?
That depends entirely on the game, not on us. Plenty of apps and games are fine with automated input and some forbid it in their own terms. Read the rules of whatever you are automating and follow them — see section 3 of the terms of use.
How do I get rid of the ads?
The one-time Pro purchase (US$1.99, no subscription) removes every ad and unlocks saved areas and unlimited schedules. Please do not point the clicker at ads instead — automated ad clicks are invalid traffic and can end the ad account behind the app for everyone.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app. Everything it keeps — zones, schedules, preferences, the Pro flag — lives in the app's private storage on your phone and goes with it. We hold nothing on servers, so there is nothing else to delete.
