Delete my account

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This deletes your Parqués account and everything in it: your name, your picture, your flag, your record, your achievements, your friends and your email.

It does not happen instantly — you have 30 days to change your mind. During that time the account is closed (you cannot play with it) and you can bring it back by signing in with your email from the game. After the 30 days your data really is gone, and that has no way back.

This does NOT cancel your subscription. The monthly lives in Google Play or the App Store, not in the game. Cancel it there first, or you will keep being charged.

From the game

Two taps from the main menu, and it works whether or not your profile has an email. This is the way to do it if you still have Parqués installed.

  1. Step 1

    Open your profile

The button is at the end of the Account card, in red — the same place on both phones.

  2. Step 2

    Read what you are told

The screen says what disappears, that it takes 30 days, and how to get the account back within that time. If you have a subscription running it says so here too, with the link to cancel it.

  3. Step 3

    Confirm with your password

The same password you sign in with. It is asked for so that somebody holding your unlocked phone cannot delete the account in passing.

  4. Step 4

    You get the exact date

Not “in 30 days” — the day itself, which is the day the data is actually erased by a scheduled task, not by a database timer that might drift.

  5. Step 5

    Undo it by signing in

Any time before that date, sign in with your email and the account comes back exactly as it was. After it, there is nothing to come back to.

Without the app

If you already deleted Parqués, this form does exactly the same thing as the button inside it. Type the email and password of your account — the same ones you sign in with.

What if your profile has no email?

Then this form cannot help you, and that is not an oversight: with no email there is no way to check the account is yours, and we are not going to delete somebody else's because a stranger asked. That deletion is done from the game itself, in the five steps above, which is the only place where it is established that the profile belongs to whoever is asking.

Don't remember the password?

In the game, on the sign-in screen, there is a Forgot your password? that sends a code to your email.
