Parqués is an online board game by Pixel du Nord LLC ("we"). This page says plainly what we store, what for, who we share it with, and how it gets deleted.
First things first, because it is what people ask most: you do not need to give any personal data to play. You pick a nickname and you are in. Email is optional and exists only so you can take your profile to another phone.
What we store

We do not store your location, your contacts, your photos, your files or your phone's identifier. We run no analytics and no crash reporting either: the game ships no SDK for any of that.
Who we share it with
Nobody for the sake of it, and these because the game does not work without them:
- Google AdMob, the ads. It receives your phone's advertising identifier, an approximate location derived from your connection, and what you do with the ad. We ask you before showing you the first ad, and on iPhone the system asks you as well. Say no and ads stop being personalised — the game works just the same. You can change your mind any time in Options.
- Google Play and the App Store, the purchases. We ask them whether your subscription is still alive; they tell us nothing about how you pay.
- Play Games Services and Game Center, the achievements. Only if you sign in to them, and all they get is which achievements you have. Without them the achievements still show inside the game.
- Amazon Web Services, where the server lives (Ohio, United States), and Amazon SES, which sends the verification emails.
We do not sell data to anyone, nor pass it to data brokers.
How long
- Your profile, for as long as the account exists.
- Games, 24 hours from the last move. Then they delete themselves.
- Ads already paid for, one week, so the same one cannot be paid twice.
How to delete it
Two ways, and both do exactly the same thing: from the game, in Profile → Delete account, or from this page if you no longer have the app installed.
It is not immediate: it takes 30 days. During that time the account stays closed and you can get it back by signing in with your email. After that, your profile, your record, your achievements, your friends and your email are gone, and there is no way back.
Deleting the account does not cancel your subscription. That lives in Google Play or the App Store and has to be cancelled there, or you will keep being charged.
A profile with no email cannot be recovered: there is no way to prove it was yours. The game tells you so before letting you confirm.
Your rights
You can see everything we hold about you inside the game itself — your profile and your record are exactly that — change it whenever you like, and delete it as described above. If you want a copy, or have any other request, write to contact@pixeldunord.com and we will answer.
Children
Parqués is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes. If the change is one that matters, we say so inside the game.
